it looks they have converted some stables into rooms. there are many homes along the once mighty san gabriel that have stables in the backyard.
I’m not sure why folks would say that they have a big back yard when all you need to do is input the info into Google Maps and you’ll get a quick picture. If your neighbor is bragging about a great pool they have, query his address and see if it isn’t above ground.
This is awesome- my dream home. Thanks, Dr. housing Bubble for showing that these homes are within grasp for common folks like me :-P.
Maybe next year, this place will be in the $200k range. You can purchase this place with…conventional financing!
Hey…it appears to be “walled and gated”.
Worth every penny!
P.S.
Any good RHoG in Watts? I heard that they “gentrified”
That run down shanty vile “compound” looks like the site of a grisly mass homicide you’d see on the 6 o’ clock news. “Live over the scene from chopper 1” etc., Is this image really from satellite imagery Dr. Bubble? It just seems too good a resolution. I wonder how much this dive will sell for in 3-5 years time? I’ll go right out on a dry rotten limb and say below its 2000 price.
Ha. You think 300k for 5br / 856 sf is bad? How about 520k for 5br / 810 sf?

Can you say “Wooooooooooo!”
WOOOO! REALTOR ALL CAPS!
No freaking way. Can that be real? Wait – in the world of OC plastic, botox, and collagen, why not? ROTFLMAO.
My first thought exactly. It looks like they’ve changed a bit. They did have an online application 2 weeks ago. I was expecting to read “free WWF/UFC tickets with each refinance.”
Classic. We’ll see five figures on this baby again…
This could be turned into a turbo-powered ATM by renting out one of the rooms to David Lereah. And I know some real estate agents who would be interested in the other rooms. But that would really bring down the property values in this upscale area!
That looks like a typical HGTV cosmetic rehab. It’s cramped, but probably not a bad little house.
However, that shot of the large back yard is a classic! With neighbors like the one to the rear, can we all say “superfund site?”
with a spacious yard of that caliber, you’ll have plenty of room to park your five cars — on cinder blocks.
what a steal at 350.00 a sq ft. just think of what all that crap in the back yard is worth. probably take you months to go thru it to save all the heirlooms. if it has a ’70 camero rotter on blocks with the deal, sign me up.
